What to Expect

Drive-Thru Process

  1. Arrive by car, heading south on 29th Ave to join the line.
  2. A traffic conductor will guide you into the queue.
  3. A volunteer will check you in at your vehicle.
  4. Volunteers will load groceries directly into your trunk or back seat.

Walk-Up Process

  1. Arrive on foot at our designated walk-up location.
  2. A volunteer will sign you up and check you in.
  3. You will receive your pre-packaged food box.
  4. You are responsible for transporting your food home.

Planning Your Visit

Wait Times

To help you plan, here are our typical wait times for both drive-thru and walk-up services during our 4pm-6pm distribution:

  • 4pm - 5pm: 30 - 45 minute wait times
  • 5pm - 6pm: 5 - 10 minute wait

What to Bring

Food is provided in sturdy paper bags inside a plastic bag. You are welcome to bring your own reusable bags or boxes.


ID is required to pick up food.
Please bring a ID for all members of your household on your first visit.

What You'll Receive

You will receive a large box of mixed food products which may include:

  • Canned goods, pasta, rice, and other pantry staples
  • Frozen meats
  • Fresh produce (when available)
  • Bread and baked goods
Pet Food Available: We often have dog and cat food available. Please ask a volunteer when you check in.

Please head south on 29th Ave to join the distribution line. For the safety and consideration of our neighbors, please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before we open at 4:00 PM.
